Rationale

A change in title from Practice to Guide for C755 was approved in 2025. The reason for the change was that the standard read predominantly as a Guide. However, there remains some language in the standard that is not appropriate for a Guide. This work item aims to edit the document so that it fully complies with Guide rules, and to address compositional and technical areas that need revision.
