Rationale

This revision is intended to introduce a new duplex material into the standard, as it is currently not covered. The lack of standardized requirements is preventing its qualification and use in demanding service conditions, despite the availability of supporting experimental data. All necessary technical provisions related to the inclusion of the material are addressed within this Work Item.
