Rationale

There has never been a definition for "Lightweight Concrete", or "Structural Lightweight Concrete" under C125. C125 has now defined the term "Concrete, Low Density" as concrete proportioned to have an equilibrium density between 90-135 pcf. This ballot is to update the title of the Standard to align with C125 definitions.
