Rationale

There has never been a definition for "Lightweight Concrete", or "Structural Lightweight Concrete" under C125. C125 has now defined the term "Concrete, Low Density" as concrete proportioned to have an equilibrium density between 90-135 pcf. This ballot is to eliminate the terms "Lightweight Concrete" & "Structural Lightweight Concrete" to align with the definition within C125. A note has been added under the scope that project specifications may refer to this type of concrete as "Lightweight Concrete" or "Structural Lightweight Concrete".
