Rationale

The revision consists of 3 items: 1. Add an appendix for recommended supplementary climb data. This will provide a standard reference to AFM content for lower level aeroplanes and enables recognition of novel propulsion system features, e.g. Single Fault Ratings. 2. Add an addendum identifying a correlation of standard specification sections to regulatory requirements. 3. Minor clarification of items relating to electric propulsion where only combustion propulsion is currently specified.
