Rationale

This ballot updates the dates for the ASTM standards referenced as well as various editorial changes. All references to F1159 were removed for this ballot. Also, the term “gauge” was changed to “gage” when referring to track width as that is the accepted railroad industry term. The term “gauge” is used when referring to measuring instruments.
