Rationale

Section 8.3.1 provides instructions to move the test specimens to their place of storage "immediately" after they are struck off, at the completion of the molding process. The term "immediately" is unenforceable. This ballot item will remove that term and substitute the 15 minute time frame used in Practice C31/C31M.
