Rationale

This work item has two parts and will result in two ballots: 1. Adding TRIM to the list of product applications of fiber-cement sheets in the scope. This is consistent with phrasing in IBC and NBCC codes where fiber-cement cladding is referred to and the product applications of siding, soffit and trim are named... the present scope does name siding and soffits but was missing trim, so we are adding trim. 2. Deletion of long withdrawn referenced standards and replacing with the current edition of comparable industry standards.
