Rationale

The existing wording in 15.1.5 does not align with the current marking practices in other standards. 15.1.5 limits temperature marking to °F, regardless of whether the testing was performed in °F or °C. This may lead to conflicts between the temperature reported on the MTR and the temperature marked on the product. Common practice is to mark in MXC, PXF, PXC or PXF with "X" corresponding to the Charpy test temperature and aligning with the MTR.
