Rationale

In response to an A01.22 Ballot 23-01 comment on WK84185, it was agreed at the A01.22.03 meeting in May 2023 to replace element names (e.g. chromium) with the elemental symbols (e.g. Cr) in the Grade column in Table 1 to make the table easier to read. %RA requirements are revised to whole numbers for all grades in accordance with A01.22 harmonization project.
