Rationale

CleanJoule's C10 Cycloparaffinic synthetic blend component does not fit any of the current Annexes in D7566, so a new Annex needs to be drafted to cover this isoprene to cycloparaffin product. The Task Group will provide a technical sounding board in parallel with the OEM review team, to assess D4054 testing of 10% blends of the product with conventional Jet A/Jet A-1 and to comment on the draft annex when appropriate. Extension requested as Tier 1+2 research report still being assessed by OEMs as December 2025, so any balloting will not start until 2026.
