Rationale

The terminology and definitions within the document must be updated to be in line with ASTM A34. Figure 1 needs updating. The proposed Precision and Bias Statement needs changing in response to a comment during a recent ballot. A Research Report must be prepared for Committee review in response to a negative vote.
