New Practice for Aeroelastic Compliance Demonstration

Rationale

This standard will incorporate some of the methods of FAA AC 23.629-1B with the objective of updating them. FAA is no longer resourced to update advisory material such as AC 23.629-1B. Users will be the same people who are using ASTM F3093 but need more explanation regarding how to meet the requirements of F3093.
